A wonderful addition to my daily routine I made quite a long while ago; reflecting on my actions of the day and asking myself if it was the best path to take. It's not to dwell on the past, mind you. It is to make sure what you are currently doing is good and if you can somehow fix an issue before it blows up in your face.Let's face it, we don't always think before we act. It's good to have a bit of a safety net. Just don't over think it and you'll be a bit more happy in life for it, I promise.
